Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. The legal definition of “sale” and “sharing” under these laws is broad and may include certain types of data sharing for advertising purposes.
Our Current Practice
Tax Master Network, LLC does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with third-party advertising partners in ways that could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California, Texas, or other state privacy laws. If you wish to opt out of advertising-related sharing, you can do so below.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
(i) Click the “Manage Cookie Settings” button above to disable marketing and analytics cookies;
(ii) Submit an opt-out request using the form in the Opt-Out Request section below;
(iii) Email us directly at support@taxmasternetwork.com with the subject “Do Not Sell My Info”.
We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm completion within 45 days as required by law.
Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
Targeted advertising (also known as interest-based advertising) uses information collected about your browsing activities across different websites and services to show you advertisements that may be more relevant to your interests.
You can opt out of targeted advertising through the following methods:
1. Cookie Preferences
Disable “Marketing” cookies in your cookie preferences to prevent advertising-related tracking on our site.
2. Industry Opt-Out Tools
Use these industry-standard opt-out tools:
(i) Network Advertising Initiative (NAI);
(ii) Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA);
(iii) European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA).
3. Browser Settings
Use a browser or extension that transmits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — such as Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox (with the appropriate add-on), or the Privacy Badger extension. We honor valid GPC signals as a request to opt out of advertising-related sharing. See the Global Privacy Control section below for details.
4. Mobile Device Settings
On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy → Tracking and disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track.” On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads and select “Opt out of Ads Personalization.”
Global Privacy Control
We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a universal opt-out mechanism for the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California and other applicable state privacy laws. When you visit our website with a browser that transmits a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of advertising-related sharing for that browser and device.
To enable GPC, use a browser or browser extension that supports it. For more information, visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
